Chicago

Vince, Claire and Dario headed to Chicago for a few days since Claire had a conference there. We had so much fun being tourist in the Windy City, staying right on the magnificent mile!

We went to Legoland, a children's museum, Hershey store, Navy Pier, Aqarium, and Science Museum!

Happy Birthday Grandma

Pumpkin Time

We spent the night carving pumpkins. We had a lot of fun making a mess, and putting our hands inside the pumpkins while describing how it felt. Daredevil symbol for Dario and Danilo, Train for Danilo, and Darth Vader for Dario. 

Pumpkin Farm

We headed to Kibby's pumpkin farm and had so much fun. We climbed on things, did a corn maze, ride a hay ride, picked pumpkins, and has homemade pumpkin ice cream. 

Homecoming Parade

The boys had a blast at Ohio University homecoming parade. Danilo who is in love with marching bands had to a chance to see the Marching 110 up close and the Marching 110 alumni band. Danilo's face in this video is priceless.

West Virginia

We headed to a cabin and went to Black Water Falls State Park and had fun. It was beautiful with the leaves changing.

Marching Band

Since last year at the homecoming parade when the marching 110 stopped in front of Danilo and played he asks all the time to watch a band. We try to see bands as often as we can for Danilo. So, we headed to the football game to see the amazing marching 110 at half time. 

Fire Prevention

We headed to Lowes for their build and grow program and we got to make these cool wooden fire trucks. It was also fire prevention week so they had fire trucks, police, EMS, Red Cross, bounce house. We had a great time! 

Hockey shots

Dario is getting better each week at hockey and lives it! The league is very different then what he was in last year, in a good way. So many drills and focused on the hockey skills. He is in the green jersey. 

Fire Chief

We were heading out the door this morning and Danilo asked to wear a hat to school. I said sure and he grabbed a hat. I said, " Nice fireman hat!" I was corrected "No, Fire Chief Hat!"
